Does anyone know if Matt does physical authentication? I know that he does do digital authentication where you send him scans of the medal in question, but I would rather do a hands-on authentication if possible.

It is 30725, as seen as in the 11th photo posted by PapaStalin1945.
No doubt indeed about it being 30725.
He just responded and he does in fact do hands-on authentications, and for quite cheap as well. Once all of this stuff happening in the world tones down a bit (or at least in my area) I will go ahead and send it out to him.
I must say that the close-ups look much more comforting than the images in the initial post. Let's see what Matt thinks.
