37mm German something, and American M51 AP-T

First up we have a 37mm German something. It is marked "ub", designating it as a practice round. It has three Waffenhampt stamps, and is dated 1937 as well. In all, the markings read this:

ub 2 DL155-1937 ub

It appears to be a HE round as well, due to the enormous cavity.

Was it a tank round for something like the Panzer III? An anti tank round for something like the Pak 36? An Anti-Air round for something like the sd. kfs. 6/2? Or was it a round for the Bf-110? I doubt the last one due to the stamps.

Next we have a relic, (but fine) condition American M51 AP-T round, with the ballistic cap of course. NNow the question is, was it fired by a tank such as the M3 Stuart, or by the M3 anti-tank gun?

And here is my happy, small family of WWII ammunition, ready to expand and grow.
