its a Pzrg 88 for a KWK36 or FLAK 18. You can recon it at the small driving bands.

Technically farre, you have an 8,8cm Panzergranate 39

And thekees is absolutely right, it's for the Flak 18/36 or the KwK36 L/56 (most likely the Flak though), and the way to tell them apart is that the Pzgr. 39/43 has much larger and differently-shaped driving bands. Here's a photo showing the difference:

    8,8kwk43 or one 8.8kwk36

The bands of the Pzgr. 39 and 39/1 are the same and have 3 facets, while those of the Pzgr. 39/43 are much wider, are different and only the top one has 2 major facets, while the bottom one is rounded.
    Ohhhhh- pillage then burn...

Also the KwK43 has a smaller bodenzunder which did not a centrifugal block safety. The 43 has a firing pin held back only by 2 small ball bearings held in place by a thin metal Collete. Because the metal slip-ring safety was so very thin, a ground dug live KwK 43 is very dangerous indeed. Just a simple touch may be all that;s needed to make it go BANG. They are almost always blown in place and as such the real ones are quite rare.
