Hi guys think these are British dated 1960.but not sure of the other stamps are any info would be appreciated many thanks in advance.

They're 7.62mm casings, marked 'L46A1', which is the British L number designation for the machine gun of the same name. It's a drill variant of the L7 GPMG.

The dates appear to be '09', rather than '60'.

I think CBC is the manufacturer of the rounds. Serach for "CBC MagTech", it is a large ammo manufacturer that supplies the military and civilian market too. I agree that the date is 2009.
