Unknown mag and ammo (for artillery ?)

Can someone id, please?
Found in Irak this big magazine and related ammo.
Markings are: on mag FLI 5684 and on ammo FR 77 LIA(?)4 RG
M43 ammo is for comparison.

Hi,

I found it: a vent tube (primer) for a tank main gun (like the Chieftain).
The L4A2 version is shown below.



So the magazine should be more like a kind of distributor?
