    Good info gerrit. Sounds like it could be an early Hunting automesser that has the same blade as later White Hunter models. In any event great find. Awesome looking knife. Thanks for posting the info.

    Such knives "served" in the Bundeswehr by Jet Pilots, (knife stored in the ejection seat), personell in the Transall planes, "Lurps", and, in other units also !

    Hello,

    a knife from Puma or "Hirschkrone".

    Without the corresponding markings and stamps, it would be a civilian production. There were a few variations.

    This knife was part of the survival equipment of the Air Force of West Germany.
