After some digging I believe it is a British M 1876 with Broad arrow over WD, Crown Stamp over partial stamp E or F and on the socket crook serial possible/partial(3) 11186.1
Any thoughts or info I know they were used by other countries as well. Has anyone seen this type of scabbard?
Thanks, G.

From proof it should be british, the serial number looks high, the scabbard could lost the brass or steel fittings.
