you mean the Seitengewehr (18)98 ? ...
but... this is a peruvian M1909. Easy to recognize at the number an the crossguard and often by the peruvian crest on the top of the pommel.
This bayonet never made service in a german army. It is a export product.
The shorting is also typical for Peru.
