This all we known for long time, there was a possibility its a WW2 knife made in east european countries, i believe romania could be real on this, small workshop realisation, with small differences. Should be inspected from where they came.
As I already suspected there:
unknown fighting knives ...

If the blade is made of hardened steel, it could be a piece of a long dagger adapted as a combat knife. At that point it would be a challenge to trace the original blade. It's still a very, very artisanal job.
