Hi, mates,
images of an "late" one, I received quite a while ago.
Interesting, the markings.
The Script-P mark identifies the scabbard maker as the firm Paillard AG of St. Croix.

What´s the meaning of the hallmark KV146, next to it, the "Swiss cross" ???
I also noticed the hallmark KV146 without the "Swiss Cross" besides ...
Here is another copy of the M1957.
This bayonet here was made by the company Victorinox, (brand name: Victoria).
Stamping on the blade:
VICTORIA
SCHWYZ
22955
The "frog" was probably made in 1982 by the saddler CHR. HAGMANN, SATTLER, GRABS (RHEINTAL).
The bearer of the bayonet, the soldier TORRE STEFANO, has immortalized himself with a ballpoint pen on the back of the frog.
The number 839.64.482.211 can still be read (sometimes difficult to read) under the soldier's name.
The dimensions of the M1957:
Blade length: 239mm
Handle length including crossguard thickness (4.8 mm): 130.8 mm
Total length: 369.8mm
Blade width: 22mm
Blade Thickness: 6.2mm
MRD: 22.2mm
All in all a fairly good quality bayonet that can still be obtained inexpensively.
The Swiss bayonet M1957 offers many interesting variations and possibilities for stamping enthusiasts.
By the way:
This bayonet model is by no means a "parade bayonet", but a service bayonet which was quite suitable for use.
A round paper sticker is attached to the scabbard with the inscription
158
K544
This could possibly be a "rack number", or the corresponding weapon number of the Sturmgewehr 57 (assault rifle 57).
The black plastic sheath was probably made in April 1979.
