This looks like an yugo m24/47 bayonet.
Definitely Yugoslavian made - the triangular marking shown in the last photo - BT3 - is the factory where it was made.
I think the marking represents the Vojno Tehnicki Zavod (Military Technical Institute) in Kragujevac.

it is a yugoslavien made M24 with shorted blade and full muzzle ring. Maybe a conversion to a M24/48, but the blade seems to long. The screws in the hilt are replaced. Maker is Vojno Tehnicki Zavod, Kragujevac.
The frog is of german origin.
What is this for a scabbard? can you mad better pics of it?

Yes appears Yugo Not German 84/98 could be a german frog. Could also be a capture job or post war use? timothy

The blade should be measured, normal it should have 38.5cm, looks like standard rework M24/47 when 25-26cm blade.
