canadian helmet 1942

Excited to share my latest acquisition, C.L./C. 1942 Canadian helmet. This one has rough texture in awesome condition. Liner has broad stamp arrow and is dated 1945. Helmet has unusual stamp next to the maker and date 69035, if anyone can shed some light on this 5 digit number would be much appreciated

The strap looks to be British, can't say when the other parts of the helmet were put together.
