WWII Canadian Air Raid Helmet

Now I did some research and this is a Canadian Air Raid helmet made by G.S.W DP&H (General Steel Wares, Canadian Department of Pensions, Health and Welfare). I also read somewhere that the DP&H bought rejected helmets from the other companies to make their air raid helmets. Now, this does not have a date but is magnetic so after 1942. No pin in bales so another reason why it is an air raid helmet. So, no date and no pins in bales mean air raid helmet I believe. It is painted green, and I believe that means in was medic? I know there was black and white ones too...
