Info hms doris ribbon

Dear Gents

I would like any help about this cap tally from H.M.S. DORIS in that strange beige colour.. First time seen for me!!!
What period and ship was used for and what about that colour because Royal Navy ribbons used for sailors on their hats were on black and then...???
