I can't help much here but take a look at the snap buttons these will be marked
To me it was used for sandblasting things that do not fit a small sandblasting cabinet.
That is a weird one.....no clue! Snow hood for a dog?

Well the snap was made by Newey Brothers In Birmingham, Thanks Reneblacky, I never thought of looking at the back of the snap
Perhaps it is some sort of welders mask???
