Camo windproof jacket

I can have this one, I've big doubt about the date "42"on the label
I don't have the jacket in my hands, so I can make other picture
so I really don't know if the jacket is ww2 or post ww2

1) what's you toughts about it ?
2) I have to make a offer, what will be a honest offer

I would be concerned about the 42, seems to be a later overprint.
