So what is this item supposed to be? Is it a POW piece of trench art or a post war Vet assoc item and why was it in Poland if the vet made it home?
These card were none of the above. They are wartime. Given out as a bit of "PR" by the Parachute makers. Note the German "passed" stamp on the back. Obviously examined by the Germans and they allowed him to keep it.
