I would agree with Ade and Jerry. I don't see anything to worry about.
The blouse would probably be mid 1939 - mid 1940 production, judging by the features. The greener drill was a common feature of the linings of Service Dress jackets in the 1930s, and as has been said, earlier production examples seem to have been a lot less regulated than the later ones were.
I would say the "TRC" is a unit or stores stamp of some sort.
Cheney were one of many, many makers of those buttons
