Advices about an M-43

Hi to all, a guy not far from me is selling this M43 jacket at an affordable price (less than $200 equivalent).
I am not expert of this jacket but from what I found online it seems to be the latest version 370E made in 1945 at the end of the war so I suppose it is also the least desireable of M43s.
Here are some pics (the patch is clearly later and not original), there is some damage in the collar (roughly mended) and in the sleeves. What do you think about it? Is it worth to buy or is it better to look for an earlier and better exemplaire?
