ID on battle dress tunic.

Can anyone ID this tunic, only got one pic.

It’s pattern is P37 but will need more and better pictures to be more specific. The battle dress pattern was manufactured by 6 different countries during WWII and was used and manufactured by numerous more nations after the war.

Not sure where it originated (its not British) but I can say its post 1945
