M-65 liner military issue ? or replacement ?

Hi all I was going through some military gear and I came accross this liner I forgot I had bought a few months ago . I was wondering if this is an issued liner or a replacement ? I'v had a good look and can't find any stamps marks etc etc .. only the label . thanks
