the bloke was a corporal who has been awarded the american campaign medal, the ww2 victory medal and possibly the good conduct medal but i can't see it fully
the patch above his stripes is the us army airforce patch i can't be sure as i can only see part of it and there are many variations
i think its original imho it looks good but without better pictures of all the insignia thats the best your gonna get

It is an early 4 pocket enlisted mans blouse.
If you will look in the lower right hand pocket you will find a white tag with the date on it.
There should be 2 dates on it the latest date will be the date of manufacture.
The patch on the lower right sleeve indicates that the owner was a communication specialist.
Probably ground crew.
