This is a WWII BD tunic, Green 4th Cnd Div patches on both sleeves, those first two are WW1 medals, left to right - 1914-1918 British War medal, 1914-1919 Victory medal, General Service medal, with the last one being the Long Service medal or officially called the Canadian Efficiency Medal for Long Service and Good Conduct. It was approved by King George V on 23 Sept 1930. Left sleeve cuff has service bars. Legit ribbons on a WWII tunic that could have belonged to a WWI Vet serving with the 4th Div.

I strongly suspect the final ribbon is in fact that of the 1937 Coronation medal, which would be logical with the other ribbons.
