1939-1945 war medal/african service medal

Received a response. The medal pair belongs to a John Conrad Palmer. He served in the SAMC he never left the Union of SA and was discharged due to medical reasons before the wars end. I should have the scans of everything by the end of the week.

Thanks for posting the results of his medals, I've learned something new about the entitlement to the ASM.
