Default U.S. American Campaign Service Medal - Heckethorn MFG & Supply Co

They don't come much more mint than this American Campaign medal. The box is immaculate, and the pin slot in the cardboard the medal holds to, lacks any sign of the usual chaffing and wear from removal seen on all my other campaign medals. Thus, I believe this medal has never been removed from the card. I elected to preserve this aspect of the set by not removing it for my photos. Thus, I couldn't take a shot of the broach, which is the typical crimp.

I wish I had a case of these like this.

Nice minty set. The images on American medals are so well
done, they have a timeless look about them. ( I know
they were designed this way - probably one of the
reasons I like them so much ! )

Saw a guy at a show once with a huge cardboard box full
of these. He was selling them for $4.00 each, and said
that the American Consulate here in Toronto had
decided to get rid of a bunch of stuff.........
    Regards,

    Steve.

    Sweet.

I really have to pick up a complete set of these. While they are still relatively cheap.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
