I was wondering if this Navy Cross was Vietnam Era. It has Graco-GI as the manufacturer on the brooch. If it isn't what era would it be? Thank y'all!

Graco was established in 1981 so this Navy Cross is Post Vietnam era. The company no longer exists as it has combined with Northwest Territorial Mint.
