This is a standard US schiffli made WW2 Shoulder sleeve Insignia for Fourteenth Air Force.

The SSI was authorized Agust 1943.

AVG Flying Tigers was a differant unit c 1941-42 before it amalgamatedinto Fourteeenth AF.
