Overseas service chevrons ??

Article about: sorry if this in in the wrong section, just wondered if anyone knew what these are, they seem to be in the style of WW1 overseas chevrons but I have never seen any of this colour before, the

    sorry if this in in the wrong section, just wondered if anyone knew what these are, they seem to be in the style of WW1 overseas chevrons but I have never seen any of this colour before, the material is in good shape and seems later than WW! to me so I suspect some kind of bad repro ?
