RAF Medic Armband

Has anyone ever dealt with Stewart's Military Antiques? They have an RAF Medic Armband I am thinking about buying, but I have never dealt with them. I don't know if this is the type of item that gets faked or not, but here it is:

If faked then it would be a lot of work for only $45, so I think not.
But if the same item were to suddenly turn up at lots of places then ....

I have just had an item arrive from Stewarts today, the service was very good and its a great item. I would assume this is a genuine item but I have never seen one before.
