Submarine badges

Please, could someone help me to determine the period of these submarine badges?.

The top one seems made by Meyer, the other one no idea. e with Meyers wings. Are they real or a reproduction badges?

I could not locate my submariner badges (WW2) to compare, kinda of frustrating for me. A more knowledgeable member will see and provide thoughts. I will follow to learn more.
