I thought they were going to admit Guam as a state, but that has'nt happened yet. I don't keep up to much on these things....

They make two versions, long and short, the short takes more money and special BTF papers, thats the only difference

The tag and aging looks kinda right but using nylon in WWII for a flag in WWI would have been unheard of. Nylon was a hot item for the war effort, not for flags. I would guess it's no WWII era but post war.
