WW2 RAF Navigator's Brevet Wing

Article about: Hi Guys, Picked up an RAF Navigator's Brevet this week. It's quite thickly padded, very detailed & pretty mint & no glow under UV. The only thing that 'threw' me was the underside of

    Default WW2 RAF Navigator's Brevet Wing

    Hi Guys,
    Picked up an RAF Navigator's Brevet this week. It's quite thickly padded, very detailed & pretty mint & no glow under UV.
    The only thing that 'threw' me was the underside of the black cloth (which has a slight sheen to it) on the reverse side, which has a layer of cloth of identical colour to the wing embroidery (gardenia/off white), made me wonder if it's WW2 or post WW2..... wondered the experts thoughts ?
