Maybe it's the paper and it can only be noticed when holding in hands?
Well I repeat, it is being sold as a high quality copy........not original.
I agree that if it is a copy it is very convincing, which I find troubling.

Some dealers just do not quite understand some things. There is nothing shameful, I believe that this is the original and the texture of the paper and according to the data that are indicated there.
maybe....I assume you could tell in hand or under a microscope if it was 'jet printer' made?

Very interesting! When you look closer at the 'stamped' seal in blue, the inside design looks like a near exact copy of the seal at the top of the page........that and it is nearly the cleanest stamp I have observed? I think you are on to something.
We have also talked about the fact that the date on the certificate may reflect the date it was 'awarded' and not the date the certificate was written up (?) does this change your thoughts?
