Portrait of Guards Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Ignat'evich Hristovoy, taken on the 10th of December 1951. The Stamp reads "227th Army 'Heavy' Self Propelled Tank Regiment". I am unsure who signed the reverse. Information: Born in Poltava, Ukrainian SSR, in 1926, *8 October

If I am correct it is about this man;
Подвиг народа and
Христовой Иван Игнатьевич :: Память народа .

According to his records, he has the ranks of sergeant, junior lieutenant and captain (сержант, младший лейтенант и капитан).
The person who certified/signed the photo on the back is a guards lieutenant colonel (подполковник). The name is not entirely clear to me, but I think it ends in (t)inin - (т)инин.
