I see no engine nacelles so maybe a glider?

Hmm, very little to go on here as we can see hardly any of the the aircrafts features. I think it is too big for a glider and with only the covered canopy and part of the nose visible I am looking at the with of the canopy and the plexiglass in the nose.
Could this be one of the DH Mosquito variants?
Any info concerning the photo would possibly help.

Where are the engines ( which are as high as the fuselage?)
There are men standing right where they should be where they would be partly visible at shoulder height.
Maybe its just part of the airframe?
