    It does not look like anything I have seen before. I think it is trying to be a copy of the V 44 fighting knife. Others will also be by to provide more info.

    Perhaps a Theater made knife. I would like some more pictures of the scabbard, and how good quality this leather is. Case XX blade mounted with grooved/gripped hilt ?

    The handle looks really thin for a combat type knife, it may cause more harm to the one wielding it in fighting situation ie; broken wrist.. Almost seems like it was altered for some reason.. JMO
    I'd rather be A "RaD Man than a Mad Man "

    I don't believe that the blade is a altered V44 blade. I checked the "Case XX" mark
    against mine and the font style is completely different. Also, a Case V44 blade has
    two thin fullers on each side of the blade.
