Picked this one up at a flea market today - not sure what this is to, or which country it's from, or the rough time period. Any ideas? As always, thank you so much guys!

It appears to be Czech...

Hi Nick , it's a Czechoslovakian made , long bladed VZ 23 export example , probably for Spain , looking at the H on the ricasso . Someone has cut off the muzzle ring !

vz23 or vz24 ?
cut off muzzle ring would mean that it was german reissue but then it would be marked.
Czech Vz24- Muzzle ring removed under German occupation for their version of the Vz 24 rifle.
Hi
Czechoslovakian VZ24 Gents whats the H on the ricasso denote?
Eric
H - production block - in this case South America
Eric
You should look for marking on lower part of handle on metall angel, the left grip is romanian replacament, so i assume the barell ring was removed postwar to make a german rework apearance, it was most probably a czechoslovak Vz.24 for Romania.Frog stud on scabbard is missing too.
What is the length of the blade ?
