Hey guys,

I recently acquired this british set, my first from the UK, used the search tools but couldn't find topic about reserch soldiers of royal army.
I would like to help to discovery more about this veteran and especially to find out if the decorations match, in the attached official document it does not describe which ones and the absence of the 1939 Star surprises me, since it is not a Canadian, Australian or other subjects of the orient.

Veteran: W. Richards or L.W. Richards or J.W. Richards (not sure what is handwritten).
