Hello
I have another replenishment in the museum
These are the details of the charging hatch lock
Here's a small lot of Tiger relics that I picked up recently. These are all coming from a wreck site in Latvia. I was told the hammer head is 'supposedly' from a tool box that was used on the tank. Nothing too crazy, but still interesting pieces nonetheless. I believe one of the relics is a clamp of sorts for securing a piece of equipment.
Hello
This bolt reminds me of the support beam attachment (which you have)
new achievement that I want to share with you!
This is a cap lock for the pistol port of a tiger tank.
Installed on tanks of the middle production period, left rear side of the turret.
For a long time I was looking for it for my museum and finally bought it.
Have you ever seen a actual pistol port plug Evgy?
Seen any pictures of it?
No, I haven’t seen it separately, only on the drawings.
They are on museum exhibits.
tiger #100
Carried out the restoration of the handle for locking the loader's hatch
I also bought an engine part the same as yours
A very nice find Evgen! I had the opportunity to buy one a few years ago, and I still regret not getting it. Will you de-rust and paint this example, or leave it like it is?
Also, thank you so much for sharing that information on my bolt. I had no idea it was from that area. Now it can display with the large section I have! You are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the infamous Tiger
