Parts of german armor?

Good afternoon to everybody,

I would like to ask you for an advice with identifying these two metal components.

The disc has 17,5 cm in diameter and its midpoint is 3 cm long.

The block has this size:

- 29,7 cm long
- 10 cm wide
- 11,5 cm deep

Both parts were found on the site of WW2 battle. Even though, it is also possible that they are not from this historical period.
