It's most likely Russia and in Moscow region. The white van have Russian license plates looking like "166". Very nice line up indeed. By now i have dug quite a few road wheels from "Komsomolets", T-34 etc. Funny to see them like this in action. I like the Stalin bulldozer

Note the direct hit on the hub exiting at the rim upper left.

Amazing, never seen a line up like that even at "War and Peace", only evn remotely posible in the East I suppose.
It didn't tak a linguist to understand the kids voice chattering about the "Stalin Organ"!

Reminds me in an abstract way of the East German National day parades in E. Berlin. I have video of that somewhere if anybody knows how I could post it?

    Thanks for showing.

cool link! I'm gonna go ahead and agree with Datrus that it's Moscow. It's most likely not Belarus/Ukraine because they're all speaking Russian and the road signs are all the same as in the Moscow Region. Also, the lack of 'give a s**t' by the drivers in the more expensive automobiles passing would also suggest Moscow.
