looks like a sherman......its not a cigarette lighter is it, the top looks like it will flip up

They were known as Ronsons, as they would "light first time every time", so I am glad it's a clock!

Oh I don't know, it would be quite a conversation piece. Every time you went to light your smoke, the stored ammunition would explode in your face, blowing the turret off and killing everyone in the room. Great way to quit smoking
