Certificate of Death and Burrial. Dated 11 December 1919. It gives his unit as : 1st Regiment of Lwow Rifles. Date of death is 10 December 1918 in a hospital in Szczerc. Died from war wounds. He was born in Lwow in 1892 so died when he was 26 years old. Quite possibly had he lived he would have become a great Polish General, as several of his comrades in arms did. They exhumed the body on 21st November 1919 after that territory became Polish again.
He is burried at the Lwow Defenders Cementary.
