Yes ! most definitely Polish .. AND with a Crown, so if there is some age to it, it most probably is pre-WW2. (Although similar types of "standard" eagles can be found on Exile association standards.)
The giveaway to it being a standard top is that it is double sided ! ....

Though it certainly looks Polish, was it from Poland?
I bought it from a guy who sells a few medals and bits and bobs of militaria in lincolnshire England.Paul
