You are quite correct in that it is a Commanders Cross with award case, it look fine, with a replacement ribbon.

Officers Cross is 53mm x 53mm

Many thanks for your post the photographs are taken from different angles, so it is hard t say if the 2nd Eagle has an eye or not.
Also the Dies might have been replaced over time, so it would depend on the artist designing the Dies interpretation.
