Hello Emil,
I bought this tunic a while back. The seller says that this unit was founded in 1927 and formed part of the Federation Internationale des Anciens Combattants (FIDAC).
FIDAC was made up of several ex-combattant organisations i.e. Union of Reserve Officers, Legionnaires Assiciation, Silesian Uprising veterans etc.
FPZOO was a patriotic organisation which member had to undergo military training, it formed part of the National Defence Battalions (Civillian Guard).
There were notable successes made by this unit in the September Campaign of 1939 in the defence of Silesia and particually against the German Fifth Column comprised of ethnic German collaborists.
The badges on the shoulder straps display the "F" standing for Federacja) the Intial word of the name of the organisation.
Unfortunately the collar patches were removed some time in the past.
If anyone has a pair of original collar patches for this tunic I would be interested to buy them, or anthing else related cap, trousers, breeches, greatcoat, IDs, etc. Anymore information would also be welcomed.
Here is a good link on the Polish Wikipedia -
Federacja Polskich Zwi?zków Obro?ców Ojczyzny ? Wikipedia, wolna encyklopedia
I have included the pictures.
I think it should be the Federation of the Polish Defenders of the Motherland Allience.
