Many thanks for your post, although not my field of expertise I have been able to identify the following Polish Peoples Army awards.
1) Wound Ribbon with 1 Star
2) Order Polonia Restituta
3) Gold Cross of Merit with Bar
4) Silver Medal for Merit on the Battlefield
5) Warsaw Medal
6) Oder, Neisse and Baltic Medal
7) Victory and Freedom Medal
8) Armed Forces Long Service Award Gold for 15 Years service
9) Armed Forces Long Service Award Silver for 10 Years service
10) Armed Forces Long Service Award Bronze for 5 Years service
11) Not identified
12) Berlin Medal
13) Bronze Defence Service Medal.
