That was all I was able to find for you Valerii, I have also checked the Polish Army List of Soldiers for his date of birth, but could not find him listed.
The index of victims of soviet repression have him listed as Mostecki as shown below :

A story I spotted on Facebook earlier Polish war hero who fought alongside Wojtek The Bear retires from Edinburgh leather worker job at 94 | Edinburgh News about Ludwik Jaszczuk who is retiring from running his leatherwork shop in Edinburgh at 94 - the article talks about him being at Monte Cassino and serving alongside Wojtek - I'm assuming its accurate and someone can confirm his cross and unit details
205/S/1908/III Franciszck Sielicki of 13th Wilenski Battalion - Monte Cassino cross 16026 I believe, I think he was also awarded the Virtuti Militari V & Krzyż Walecznych (not sure if its possible to get details of these) as always any extra details welcome
Unfortunately it doesn't have his photo which is a shame
