    Kindly ask you to provide some information about:
    Pietkiewicz Antoni
    army #: most of all 1925/362/III
    from the family story have been awarded by "Virtuti Militari".
    Is it possible to check this information via list of recipients?
    After WW2 over, stay in Nottingham and married Fey Shipstone on Dec 1950.

    Hello Valerii,

    Unfortunately, nothing found in the Register for both the Monte Cassino Cross or the Virtuti Militari Register, he served in the 8th Battalion of 3DSK and died 4th September 2013 in Nottingham.

    Place of Birth: Wilno

    Army Number: 1910-59-III

    Unit: 2BSK

    Monte Cassino Cross Numbered: 9782

    By the end of the war in Europe he had been promoted to St.Strz. (Lance Corporal) and awarded the Cross of Valour (KW)
