    Hello Colin,

Many thanks for your post, I sincerely hope that you do not mind me rotating your photographs and cropping them :

Rank Star worn on a collar badge

The Collar Badge Backing should have the 17BS Badge on it, although it looks a little bit to modern and does not have over 77 years of dirt or dust on it.

Anyway many thanks for posting them.

    Best wishes

    Andrzej

Thanks for that. I am mainly interested in 2 Korpus, IPAD, and the Parachute Brigade, especially any items regarding General Sosabowski.

    Hello Sawicki,

Many thanks for your post, the Beret Badge was worn by soldiers of the 65th Pomorski Infantry Battalion of the 2nd Warsaw Armoured Division.

The Battalion was formed in Italy in 1945, it formed part of the 16th Infantry Brigade, but did not take an active part in the fighting there.

    Best wishes

    Andrzej
